Bries Deerrose

Bries Erik Deerrose is currently a doctoral student in clinical psychology at the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium. He majored in psychology as an undergraduate at Stanford University and will be completing his clinical internship at Denver Health (2012-2013). He became interested in positive psychology as an essential complement to his clinical work with adolescent and adult trauma survivors, at the Palo Alto VA’s National Center for PTSD and Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital. Within positive psychology, his areas of focus include data-driven self-awareness, mindfulness & introspection, and the ethical underpinnings and implications for happiness/well-being.
