The Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE): CCARE “was established at Stanford University within the Stanford Institute for Neuro-Innovation and Translational Research at the School of Medicine to support and conduct rigorous scientific studies of compassion and altruistic behavior.”



Greater Good Science Center: University of California Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center “studies the psychology, sociology, and neuroscience of well-being, and teaches skills that foster a thriving, resilient, and compassionate society.”

Positive Acorn: Positive psychology coaching, training, and consulting (located in Seattle).




Positive Psychology Center: University of Pennsylvania’s Positive Psychology Center “promotes research, training, education, and the dissemination of Positive Psychology.”



Project +: A non-profit organization funded by the French-American Charitable Trust, this organization is comprised of a group of renowned “happiness experts.” These experts discuss and publish on topics related to well-being and happiness.
